Inspired by the natural world & a love of storytelling
Hi! I’m a multi-media artist, designer and voiceover, living in Oxfordshire, UK. My inspiration comes from the world around me, in particular flora and fauna, travel and a love for visual storytelling.
My creative focus, led to a trip to Italy (May 2025) and the Mosaic Art School, Ravenna. Here I learnt the 18th century technique of micro mosaics, applied to embellish silver jewellery in its creation. A fabulous experience , with the technique appearing in my jewellery design and a firm favourite in my creative repertoire.
Additionally, I’m an experienced voiceover artist. For me, a voiceover is the equivalent of a fine mosaic; it’s about choosing the right tone, intonation and vocal pauses to make a story resonate and has led to my voice being heard: on museum tours, in audio educational books, corporate films and documentaries.
For the Curious at Heart & Culturally Adventurous
Whether I am hand setting a micro mosaic in sterling silver jewellery, or finding the right cadence for a voiceover narration, the various skills used, can be viewed as different chapters of the same story - where often the smallest details tell the biggest stories.
